Precautionary measures taken to protect clients and staff

  • Our team completed the Australian Government Infection Control Training.
  • We introduced hygiene systems and we will come with hand washing equipment, hand sanitiser, masks and disposable gloves.
  • No shaking hands.
  • We follow the latest social distancing requirements.
  • We monitor our team to ensure their health and if safety precautions have been followed.
  • Keeping our vehicles cleaned with high-strength cleaning products.

For safety procedures when you book with us, we will ask if anyone in your house has tested positive for COVID-19, is waiting for the test results or feeling unwell. Please let us know beforehand if this situation changes at any stage.

We prefer payments via bank transaction or credit card to reduce the risk of the virus through handling cash.
